| I.P Abstract & Summary | Disclosed is a urine discharger that is attached to an underpants-type diaper for catching feces and is detachably coupled to the underpants-type diaper configured to discharge urine separately rather than absorbing urine into the diaper. The urine discharger detachably coupled to the underpants-type diaper, according to the present invention, comprises: a wearing unit of which one end is open so as to be in close contact to the periphery of a patient's genitals, has an outlet formed at the other end thereof, and has a downward funnel-shaped hole formed therein; a hose that has one end connected to the outlet; and a urine bag that has an inflow pipe connected to the other end of the hose and an outflow pipe located opposite to the portion at which the inflow pipe is located, and temporarily stores urine excreted by the patient. |
