The infant seat belt device includes: a waist belt configured to completely surround the waist of an infant in a single circle; a first seat belt unit configured to be selectively coupled to and separated from one side of the waist belt in the state of having been fastened to a seat on which the infant sits; and a second seat belt unit configured to be selectively coupled to and separated from the other side of the waist belt in the state of having been fastened to the seat on which the infant sits. |
