The present disclosure relates to a device for bridge rails or roadside decorations and publicity which can be installed at various places such as the bridge rail, the roadside, or the roadside guard rail so as to rapidly and conveniently install the decoration using the artificial flower or natural flower, the publicity material such as guide indication plate guiding the road situation, and to easily install and replace the advertisement material publicizing the special products, sightseeing areas, vestiges of a district and activities of the local government, and which makes the advertisement material to be installed so that the publicity content can be easily recognized even by the car drivers and passengers in the car during travelling. |
